The Role

As a
Senior Business Analyst
, you'll be the bridge between business needs and product innovation.

You'll work closely with our product, tech, and leadership teams to shape how organizations use XenonLabs ERP/CRM to run smarter.

What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery sessions to
    understand and map business processes
    across CRM, Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • Translate complex workflows into
    intuitive product features and automation flows
    .
  • Define
    user stories, process diagrams, and functional specs
    for ERP/CRM modules.
  • Partner with tech and product teams to
    prioritize features
    and optimize user experience.
  • Conduct
    gap analysis
    and recommend process improvements that drive measurable value.
  • Own the
    end-to-end requirement lifecycle
    — from ideation to delivery validation.
  • Act as a
    strategic thought partner
    for both clients and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 6–8 years of experience in
    ERP/CRM implementation or business analysis
    (Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho, SAP, Dynamics, Frappe, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    enterprise processes
    — CRM, Finance, HR, Inventory, Projects, and Procurement.
  • Experience writing
    clear BRDs, FSDs, and user stories
    .
  • Skilled at using tools like
    JIRA, Notion, ClickUp, or Confluence
    .
  • Excellent communication and analytical thinking — you turn chaos into clarity.
  • Startup mindset — proactive, flexible, and ownership-driven.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with
    SaaS or AI-led business automation
    .
