Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager in the Interior Division supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, client satisfaction, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of interior design processes, materials, and construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

Assist in planning, executing, and closing interior design and fit-out projects. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

  • Team Leadership:

Supervise and coordinate teams of designers, architects, contractors, and vendors. Foster collaboration and maintain high morale and productivity.

  • Client Relations:

Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Quality Control:

Ensure all work meets design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct site inspections and review work progress regularly.

  • Cost Control & Budgeting:

Support budget preparation and cost estimation. Monitor expenditures and suggest cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

  • Procurement & Vendor Management:

Oversee procurement of materials, fixtures, and furnishings. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.

  • Reporting:

Prepare regular progress reports for senior management. Analyze project performance and recommend improvements.

  • Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

  • Business Development Support:

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and bids for new projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable and green building design.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiation skills and vendor management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹150,000.00 per month
