About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic
Product Manager
to lead the
execution and implementation
of our
in-house Payment Aggregator (PA) platform
. This is a
high-ownership, cross-functional role
suited for candidates who thrive at the intersection of payments technology, compliance, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead
  execution and rollout
  of the Bank's PA stack – onboarding journeys, checkout integrations (cards, UPI), and transaction flows along with UI/UX.
• Coordinate BIN certification requirements with card schemes and PG partners; manage PG integrations across phases (dedicated BIN, shared BIN, multi-PG).
• Drive
  end-to-end project management
  for PA onboarding across internal teams (compliance, legal, risk, technology, operations).
• Translate regulatory and scheme guidelines (RBI, PCI DSS, Card Schemes) into actionable product and process flows.
• Support compliance and audit readiness – ensure KYC, merchant underwriting, data localization, fraud monitoring, and other mandated processes are implemented.
• Work closely with external Technology Service Providers (TSPs), gateways, and vendors to monitor implementation SLAs and transaction success rates.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and process notes for go-live readiness and internal stakeholder alignment.
• Own reporting formats for network schemes, regulatory filings, and internal performance tracking dashboards.
• Work on the cost optimisation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in Product / Program Management roles within Payments, Fintech, or Banks.
• Strong understanding of
  payment transaction processing
  (cards, UPI),
  PA/PG ecosystem
  , and
  BIN management
  .
• Exposure to regulatory guidelines relevant to
  Payment Aggregators
  (RBI PA Guidelines, merchant onboarding norms, etc.).
• Familiarity with
  scheme certifications
  , compliance audits, KYC/AML, and merchant lifecycle processes.
• Excellent project execution skills with ability to manage timelines across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into technical deliverables.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with card schemes (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay) or network certification processes.
• Exposure to APIs and payments technology infrastructure.
