Q3. Roles and Responsilbilities?


•⁠ ⁠To be in constant touch with the clients via calls / emails / Whatsapp messages after getting the sales / leads data from the sales head.


•⁠ ⁠Handling those leads, following up the enquiries and ultimately closing the sale. Proper assistance will be provided by the office manager to you during the process of order booking.


•⁠ ⁠Handling calls, emails and messages, answering customer queries, etc.


•⁠ ⁠Follow up of the pending orders and gathering feedback from the new customer.

Q4. The required CANDIDATE PROFILE ?


•⁠ ⁠Good written & verbal communication skills.


•⁠ ⁠Should know how to operate and work on a laptop.


•⁠ ⁠Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.


•⁠ ⁠Experience as a sales coordinator will be Highly preferred.


•⁠ ⁠Good team development and leadership skills.


•⁠ ⁠Administrative and problem-solving skills.
