Role & responsibilities

1. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between internal creative teams, external marketing agencies, Influencers and e-commerce partners.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure smooth execution of campaign deliverables.
  • Coordinate product listing creatives, and promotions across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiva E-store, etc.).
  • Track creative requirements and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.

2. E-commerce Management

  • Assist in the daily operations of online marketplaces and the D2C website.
  • Monitor product listings/Campaigns Creatives, and Videos.
  • Support marketplace campaigns such as brand days, sale events, promotional broadcasts and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate with marketplace managers for improved visibility and sales performance.

3. Digital Marketing Support

  • Work closely with the marketing agency on campaign briefs, ad creatives, and performance reports.
  • Ensure all digital assets (banners, videos, product images) are optimised for platforms and aligned with brand tone.
  • Support in planning and tracking digital ad spends and ROI reports.
  • Assist in content planning for social media and e-commerce marketing.

4. Analysis & Reporting

  • Maintain performance dashboards for campaigns and e-commerce KPIs.
  • Track campaign outcomes, marketplace performance, and share insights with management.
  • Coordinate with analytics teams for data-driven campaign optimisation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong coordination and task management skills.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiva E-store, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, performance marketing).
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
  • Eye for creative quality and brand consistency.
  • 25 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce roles.
  • Prior experience coordinating with agencies or creative teams, or the HPC category, will be an advantage
