Customer Service Executive

The primary objective of this role is to enhance network capacity, ensuring consistent availability to support products and services that meet customer expectations. This is a hands-on operational role focused on executing capacity planning activities that directly influence daily network performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
Conducting Customer Circuit Validation, Network Analysis, Core Planning and Migrations for IP services.
Reserving Capacities and managing bandwidth on inventory management systems & closing tasks in a time bound manner.
Ensure order completion related to capacity augmentation or modification within TAT.
Drive the Edge capacity management for Migration/ Modernization Projects
Monitor project status and adherence to project timelines & guide team on escalations.
Review traffic forecasts, past trends, and utilization reports to analyse trends.
Understand network topology & Customer requirements and propose Solution for migrating the circuit.
Ensure all documentations & databases are updated.
Desired Skill sets
Experience in Validation/Network Analysis/Planning IP services
Expertise in Telecom provisioning, capacity management solutions
Experience in network management applications and data network
Experience in Database applications like Remedy, Crammer etc
Infrastructure Sizing and Capacity management experience
