Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Set clear team goals and specific sales targets.
Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Sales & Performance Monitoring:
Monitor individual and team performance against set metrics and targets.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product teams, to align sales efforts.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest telecom industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in tele sales or the telecom industry.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring and coaching skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel), and other prospecting tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret market needs, and provide actionable insights.
- Other: Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and good problem-solving skills.
