About the Role:

Kloudbricks Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Full Stack Development to lead a dynamic team of developers across web and mobile technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in , , , Flutter, Swift, Objective-C, Xamarin, and backend technologies such as Python, Java, and .NET.

You will be responsible for guiding the team through the complete software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis to deployment—while ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of front-end, back-end, and mobile developers.
  • Architect and implement scalable full-stack solutions.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best development practices.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose relevant improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.

Required Technical Skills:Frontend:

  • Expertise in , ,
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful APIs.

Mobile Development:

  • Experience with Flutter, Swift, Objective-C, Xamarin.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform and native mobile app development.
  • Familiarity with mobile app deployment (Play Store & App Store).

Backend:

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and .NET.
  • Experience in developing and managing REST APIs and microservices.
  • Working knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

Other Skills:

  • Proficient with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
