Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Officer for our Two Wheeler Finance division in Agra. This is a full-time on-site role. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, facilitating financing options, building relationships with prospective buyers, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role requires regular interaction with customers, reviewing financial documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies to achieve business growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
  • Customer Service experience with a focus on client satisfaction and problem-solving
  • Understanding of Business operations and financial processes
  • Prior experience in finance, banking, or sales is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and ability to adapt to financial platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Agra and manage multiple tasks efficiently
