Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Guntur East. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring targets and deadlines are met, and maintaining communication with senior management. The role also involves coordinating and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
