- Identifying and generating high-quality leads: Researching potential customers and identifying opportunities for sales or service.
- Qualifying leads based on pre-defined criteria: Determining whether leads are a good fit for the company's products or services.
- Updating and maintaining lead databases: Ensuring accurate and complete information.
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers: Introducing products or services, answering questions, and building rapport.
- Presenting product information and benefits: Tailoring presentations to the specific needs of each customer.
- Closing sales and meeting sales targets: Persuading customers to purchase products or services.
- Following up with potential customers: Nurturing leads and moving them through the sales pipeline.
- Answering inbound calls from existing customers: Addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical support.
- Providing excellent customer service: Ensuring customer satisfaction and building loyalty.
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel: Ensuring timely resolution of customer problems.
- Training and mentoring junior telecallers: Providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Monitoring the performance of junior telecallers: Tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Providing coaching and motivation to team members: Helping them to achieve their goals.
- Assisting with the development of training materials: Creating and updating scripts, product information, and customer service guidelines.
- Leading team meetings and providing updates on performance: Communicating goals and progress to the team.
