  • Following up with potential customers: Nurturing leads and moving them through the sales pipeline.
  • Answering inbound calls from existing customers: Addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical support.
  • Providing excellent customer service: Ensuring customer satisfaction and building loyalty.
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel: Ensuring timely resolution of customer problems.
  • Training and mentoring junior telecallers: Providing guidance, support, and feedback.
  • Monitoring the performance of junior telecallers: Tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Providing coaching and motivation to team members: Helping them to achieve their goals.
  • Assisting with the development of training materials: Creating and updating scripts, product information, and customer service guidelines.
  • Leading team meetings and providing updates on performance: Communicating goals and progress to the team.
