Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Head located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Creative Head will be responsible for leading and directing creative projects, developing and implementing creative strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all creative outputs. The role involves overseeing graphic design tasks, managing a team of creatives

, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals. Day-to-day tasks include guiding creative direction, supervising branding efforts, formulating creative strategies, and maintaining high standards for graphic design work.

Qualifications

  • Creative Direction, Branding, and Creative Strategy skills
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design
  • Experience in Team Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field
