Head of AI & Creative Transformation
to spearhead our agency's evolution into a fully AI-driven powerhouse. You will be the creative partner at the forefront, guiding our agency to redefine creative excellence in the age of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy & Vision:
  Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the agency's vision to become India's No.1 AI creative agency, identifying opportunities for AI integration across all creative and operational facets.
• Creative Transformation & Automation:
  Lead the transformation of traditional creative units into fully AI-automated and workflow-driven teams, ensuring seamless integration of AI tools and processes.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of creatives and technologists, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning in AI.
• AI Filmmaking & Content Production:
  Champion and be adept in AI filmmaking, leveraging AI tools for scriptwriting, visual effects, editing, animation, and generating high-quality video content to push creative boundaries.
• Workflow Optimization:
  Implement AI-driven solutions to streamline project management, content creation, design iteration, and overall operational efficiency across the agency.
• Client Collaboration & Innovation:
  Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver innovative, AI-enhanced creative solutions that drive maximum impact and achieve strategic goals.
• Thought Leadership & R&D:
  Stay abreast of the latest AI advancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, continuously experimenting with new AI tools and techniques to maintain the agency's competitive edge.
• Quality & Ethical Standards:
  Ensure that all AI-generated content and workflows adhere to the highest standards of quality, brand guidelines, and ethical AI practices.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior creative or strategic role within a digital or advertising agency.
• Demonstrated success in leading a significant migration from traditional creative setups to AI-driven automation and workflows.
• Deep expertise and hands-on proficiency with a wide array of AI creative tools, including nextgen generative AI and AI-powered production pipelines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence, with specific examples of AI-enhanced work and transformative projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences, including clients and internal teams.
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a passion for creative problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance creative quality with operational efficiency, and drive impactful results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Film, Design, Computer Science, or a related creative or technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the creative industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role focused on AI integration and transformation.
