Scope of Work

To facilitate the Learning & Development Process of the beneficiaries by delivering the program objectives of the Arts Academy

Job Responsibilities:

Programme Planning :

· Understand the implementation of last year's plan and suggest improvements to Team Leader

· Contribute to the development of the current year's plan with preparation of Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half-yearly / Annual Plan

· Contribute with inputs for the Budget Plan (w.r.t props, food, event place) to the Team Leader

· Contribute to plan for Trainings & Activities, after coordination with School Staff & beneficiaries parents', to be conducted in schools and share with Team Leader

Trainings & Events Management :

· Coordinate with Principals, contact school staff and obtain permissions from beneficiaries' parents to conduct Trainings

· Conduct Orientation for Beneficiaries at the beginning of every Training Course

· Select the beneficiaries who are eligible for the Arts Trainings (based on their interest and potential ) and assign them to batches

· Handhold beneficiaries and consistently guide them in their career path

· Ensure that Training material (including Tabs, Mobile Recharge packs) distributed prior to the scheduled Trainings

· Observe the Trainer's delivery methodology of Training, during the Training and to review if Beneficiaries are facing issues in understanding the subject. In case of difficulties identified, to suggest modifications in the Training methodology / Training material to the Trainer

· Review the Mid-term & Annual State performances of the beneficiaries and provide feedback to them, in order for them to improvise in their Art

· Conduct LifeSkills Training sessions & Financial Literacy Programs for beneficiaries to help them develop respective essential skills with the help of Subject Matter Experts

· Follow-up with the attendance of beneficiaries, who are absent for Training Sessions and ensure that they attend future Training sessions / workshops

· Invite beneficiaries for new Training workshops

· Conduct SBF's Child Protection Policy Training for beneficiaries & Trainers

· Coordinate with Trainers to identify the best performers amongst the beneficiaries in order to reward their performances

· Facilitate the Training Scholarships for beneficiaries who score above 80% in Courses

(e.g. : Patang , Udhyanshalini NGOs that provide scholarships to beneficiaries)

· Facilitate, coordinate & contribute for the successful execution of Annual Performing Arts Events such as WeConcert, PDP Dance Event, Create Trophy, Corporate Events (e.g for WestSide), Ballard Estate events etc and Annual Art Exhibitions & Events, showcasing / highlighting beneficiaries Projects during exhibition

Activities Management:

· Ensure that material required for specific Activities, are distributed prior to the scheduled Activities

· Assign an activity revolving around a game to keep the beneficiary engaged prior to the commencement of the main Training session [online mode]

· Facilitate the assignment of Arts Projects to beneficiaries and oversee the completion & submission of the same [online & offline mode]

· Encourage Beneficiaries to search for their respective Arts & Media oriented Videos to improve their understanding of the Arts subject

· Encourage beneficiaries to view the Arts recorded videos given by the Trainer to help improve the Art form techniques & to share recordings of their performances for further recommendations of improvements from the Trainers

· Assign activity to beneficiaries during the LifeSkills sessions to understand if the beneficiaries have understood the concepts effectively, that would help assess the effectiveness of the Training Program

Data Management :

· Maintain the attendance records of beneficiaries

· Maintain school-wise & batch-wise Training & Activities data of respective Training sessions conducted

· Maintain School information (school names, Principal & staff contact information) and update the same regularly

· Maintain Trainers' data and update the same regularly

· Maintain the re-calling datasheet to connect with the number of disengaged beneficiaries so has to continue to maintain contact with them with follow-up calls for ongoing Training sessions

· Maintain a record of Zoom video recordings of Trainers' sessions, which are also replayed to the beneficiaries for their learnings

· Monitor and evaluate the data using the Monthly & Annual tool for review of performances of the Arts stream beneficiaries

· Monitor and evaluate the current growth trend of Alumni of the Arts Academy and maintain data of the same & submit the same to the Research and M&E Team for data analysis

· Observe and maintain the daily performance of beneficiaries, class-wise, in a detailed format, in order to report the same to the Supervisor

Reports & Documentation:

· Prepare Arts Report for every school where Trainings have been conducted and submit to Team Leader

· Prepare Case Study Reports / documentation of beneficiaries who excel in Arts, after completing the Training Courses from the Arts Academy

· Observe and review best performers and write down their Success stories, prepare the report of the same and submit to the Team Leader

· Observe and highlight articles on events and reports, so to ensure that the same is published in the Media Academy's 'Halla Bol' newspaper

· Conduct an Online Research Survey (subject-wise) and record the results regarding the performances of beneficiaries

· Prepare videos of pre & post Training impact that describes the growth of the beneficiaries over a time period

· Prepare and submit Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half-yearly / Annual Reports, along with Mid-year and Annual Presentations to be submitted to the Team Leader

Qualification and Experience

Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream with good rapport building skills with children & teens in the age group of 12 to 18 years

Competencies

Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving ability, Good Verbal and Written Communication skills

Skills and Knowledge

Any previous relevant work experience working in the Social Development sector with Arts Education background is preferable

Compensation

As per Industry Standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
