Job Title: Inbound Caller / Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Caller to manage incoming calls from UK clients. The role involves addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from UK customers professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher authorities when needed.
  • Prepare daily call reports and maintain call logs.
  • Follow company policies and client-specific guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inbound calling/customer support.
  • Excellent English communication skills (UK accent preferred).
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
