We are looking for an enthusiastic Demand Generation Specialist to drive product awareness, market development, and farmer engagement for our agri-input portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agricultural marketing, crop demonstrations, and building strong relationships with farmers and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive demand generation activities through partnerships with farmers, nurseries, distributors, and vendors.
  • Organize farmer engagement programs including field days, dealer meetings, jeep campaigns, and night meetings.
  • Provide crop-specific technical support and recommendations to farmers.
  • Build and maintain a strong dealer and distributor network to ensure product availability and market coverage.
  • Handle field complaints, crop performance feedback, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with the manager on dealer receivables and sales targets.
  • Conduct crop demonstrations and new variety trials; compile and report trial results for management review.
  • Collect and share market intelligence, competitor activities, and farmer insights.
  • Support local dealers with market trends and product performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and submit timely field activity and performance reports.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
  • Strong farmer engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Good agronomic knowledge of crop cultivation practices and input usage.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute field marketing activities independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in local languages.
  • Problem-solving attitude with strong technical aptitude for handling crop demonstrations and complaint management.
