Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process that attracts top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Provide hiring managers with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Job Postings: Create and update job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates to ensure a steady pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide guidance on market trends, and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), track recruitment metrics, and generate reports as needed.
