Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team located in Bhopal. This role involves managing and enhancing HackerKernel's presence across various social media platforms. Key responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, strategizing and executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals. The specialist will also stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve outreach and engagement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and overall Marketing strategies
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage with audiences effectively
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail with the ability to generate compelling, high-quality content
  • Proven ability to analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with tools like social media scheduling platforms and analytics software is a plus
