Travel Shravel is seeking a
Sales Executive
to manage the day-to-day operations of our Jammu office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups, while ensuring smooth coordination with partners and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the travel agency
  • Handle customer queries and provide travel solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with B2B and B2C clients
  • Ensure timely execution of bookings and after-sales support

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Prior experience in travel/operations preferred
  • Ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues effectively
  • Graduate in any stream; background in tourism is an advantage
