Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HVAC Marketing Manager, located in Hyderabad. The HVAC Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and promoting the company's HVAC products. Daily tasks include creating promotional materials, collaborating with the sales team, managing social media and digital marketing efforts, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company products (Refrigeration Compressors, HVAC solutions, etc.) in domestic and international markets.

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Manage branding, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and achieve sales targets.

Organize trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and client engagement programs.

Oversee content creation for marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and social media.

Develop partnerships with distributors, dealers, and key clients to expand business.

Track marketing ROI, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Ensure alignment of marketing activities with organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5–8 years of proven experience in marketing/brand management (preferably in manufacturing, HVAC, or industrial products).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, B2B marketing, and lead generation strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM, and MS Office.

Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

Willingness to travel for business development activities.
