Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve monthly targets through effective coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track progress towards goals, and make informed decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (e.g., BPO sales).
- Proven track record of success in outbound calling or telesales environment.
- Strong understanding of the internet industry landscape and current market trends.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
