Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Manager located in Noida. The Visa Manager will be responsible for managing and processing visa applications, providing guidance to clients on visa requirements and procedures, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws. Daily tasks include overseeing visa documentation, liaising with embassies and consulates, staying updated on visa regulations, and resolving any issues that arise during the visa application process. The role also involves maintaining client records and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in visa processing and management
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and visa regulations
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
