Role Overview
The Visa Consultant – Sales is responsible for assisting clients with visa and immigration services, offering expert guidance, pitching visa services to customers over calls, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient application process. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Pitch and promote visa services to potential customers over phone calls.
* To generate more leads from the people out-called.
* Build rapport with clients and provide tailored travel and visa solutions
* Deliver consultation and end-to-end visa application services.
* Handle immigration-related inquiries professionally and accurately.
* Maintain accurate records and verify client documents and information.
* Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in English and Hindi.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
* Solid understanding of visa application processes and immigration regulations.
* Customer-focused attitude with excellent rapport-building and sales skills.
* Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
* Good team player with strong collaboration skills.
