We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baking & Pastry Professional to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a wide range of baked goods, pastries, desserts, and artisan breads. You will be responsible for producing high-quality items while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, tarts, cookies, and other baked goods
  • Follow and develop standardized recipes and portion sizes
  • Decorate and present pastries and baked goods with artistic flair
  • Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and ingredient mixes
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Assist in menu development for bakery and dessert offerings
  • Manage ingredient inventory, ordering, and storage
  • Maintain equipment in good working order and report maintenance needs
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to meet service timelines
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new baking techniques

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a kitchen, bakery, or pastry shop
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques and food safety regulations
  • Creativity and attention to detail in presentation and flavor
  • Ability to work early mornings, and during peak hours
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
