Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Chat Support Team for the US Shift. As a Chat Support Associate, you will handle customer queries via live chat and Email, ensuring a seamless experience for users across our platform or services.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers are welcome with good communication skills.
  • Experienced candidates with Chat Support Associate, retail or e-commerce chat support experience are preferred.
  • Comfortable working night shifts and rotational offs.
  • Prior experience in live chat support and email is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide real-time solutions by understanding customer needs.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, punctuation, clarity).
  • Good comprehension and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort with web-based tools.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.

Shift Details:

  • US Shift
  • Extra compensation for night shift allowance (if applicable).

Compensation:

  • Freshers: ₹17,000/- (based on Interview)
  • Experienced: ₹23000/- (based on experience and skills)

Other Requirements:

  • Immediate joiners preferred
