We are hiring for leading company for role of International Customer Support Executive and Sales Executive in Hyderabad Location.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Rotational shifts

Work Days: 5 days a week, with 2 rotational offs

Salary-

  • Fresher: 2.5 LPA
  • Experienced: Up to 4.8 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers through Voice, Email, and Chat channels.
  • Deliver timely and professional support while meeting SLAs.
  • Take complete ownership of customer interactions, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document calls in the system.
  • Suggest process improvements and escalate recurring issues as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • UG/ Graduate Both can apply
  • Fresher/ Experience all are eligible
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to handle email/chat/voice support.
  • Ability to empathize with customers, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and email etiquette.
