We are currently looking for a
QMS & Transformation Lead
to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead quality transformation programs focused on simplification, harmonization, and process excellence across QMS elements (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Risk Management, Audits, Training, and Documentation).
  • Assess existing QMS maturity and identify improvement opportunities across procedures, governance, and compliance behaviors.
  • Redesign or streamline processes to eliminate redundancies, strengthen accountability, and align with global and local quality expectations.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to embed a proactive, prevention-based quality culture rather than reactive compliance.
  • Establish governance frameworks and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of quality initiatives and sustained improvements.
  • Support inspection readiness, audit programs, and global quality alignment.
  • Act as a change agent across Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to drive adoption of new practices and mindset shifts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of pharmaceutical quality experience, with strong exposure to QMS design, deployment, and transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of GxP and global quality standards.
  • Demonstrated success in driving organizational change or leading cross-functional quality improvement projects.
  • Strong influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for someone with more than 15 years experience working on QMS/Transformation projects in large International Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals projects.
