We are seeking a seasoned SAP QM Consultant with a strong background in quality management and implementation experience. In this role, you will play a vital role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP QM solutions to help our clients maintain high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations. you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP QM modules for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their quality management requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP QM, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the functional design and architecture of application systems
  • Translating user requirements to process and data requirements, designs testing approach.
  • Constructs program flow charts to describe the processing of data and development of precise steps and processing logic Also, responsible and involved in Business Study, Business Process Design, Business Process Design Document update and Review
  • SAP PM Configuration in DEV, Qlty, PRD, SAP Configuration document
  • System Testing on SAP, Enterprise Portal, Enhancement Reports
  • Preparation of Audit SAP Document
  • Roll out Activities - SAP Configurations and UAT
  • Coordinate and execute the UAT workshops with business and identify the key issues to be processed
  • Collaborate with clients and quality assurance teams to understand quality management requirements and objectives.
  • Configure and implement SAP QM modules to meet client-specific quality control processes, including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Quality Control Results, and Certificate Management.
  • Set up inspection plans, inspection characteristics, and inspection methods to ensure effective quality control during manufacturing and procurement.
  • Establish procedures for creating, tracking, and managing quality notifications for non-conformities, defects, and deviations.
  • Implement processes for recording and analyzing quality control results, including inspection lots and results recording.
  • Configure SAP QM for certificate generation and management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP QM with other relevant SAP modules, such as SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP MM (Materials Management).
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and accuracy of SAP QM solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and support, assisting with issue resolution and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated on SAP QM best practices, new features, and industry regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Must-Have Skills
  • Should have at least 3-6 years of proven experience  in SAP QM module, SAP QM configuration and implementation..
  • Should have worked on at least one end to end S4HANA Implementation
  • Should have proficiency in configuring SAP QM modules, including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, and Certificate Management.
  • Should have a strong understanding of quality management processes and standards.
  • Should have knowledge of SAP integration techniques and familiarity with other SAP modules.
  • Should have proficiency in SAP QM module configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules or external systems. 
  • Should have knowledge of SAP inspection planning, quality notifications, quality control, and integration with logistics processes.
  • Should have experience on end-to-end Change requests (CRs) & Service Requests (SRs), Defects and Incidents managements
  • Should have good work experience with Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit.
  • Should have In-depth knowledge and experience in implementing and configuring the SAP QM module. 
  • Should have familiarity with various aspects of quality management, including quality planning, inspection, non-conformance management, and quality control.
  • Should have experience with integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and PM.
  • Should have ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP QM solutions.
  • Able to respond to and support multiple groups for Audits and inspections.

Good to Have Skills 
  • Should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field .
  • SAP certification in Quality Management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP QIM (Quality Issue Management) and DMS (Document Management System).
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
  • Successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
