Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for a D2C Head at NIVIA Sports located between Delhi and Jalandhar, India. The D2C Head will be responsible for overseeing/executing the direct-to-consumer business strategy, managing customer acquisition and retention, implementing marketing initiatives, and driving sales growth. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data analytics to optimize business performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in direct-to-consumer business strategy and sales management
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus
