Title : Junior Position

We're looking for a
Junior Business & Marketing Operations Associate
 to join our team

You'll help us grow the studio by managing marketing, building client connections, and keeping our operations smooth.

If you love working with creative people and want to learn how design and business come together — this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Research:
     Find new client opportunities and learn about what's happening in the branding and design world.
  • Lead Generation:
     Reach out to potential clients through 
    emails, LinkedIn, and research
    .
  • Client Communication:
     Help with calls, follow-ups, and meetings to build strong client relationships.
  • Proposals & Decks:
     Support the team in preparing 
    presentations and proposals
     for new projects.
  • Marketing Support:
     Manage our 
    social media and email marketing
     to promote the studio.
  • Sales Tracking:
     Keep track of leads and help with pipeline reports.
  • Operations:
     Help create simple systems, organize documents, and support with hiring tasks.
  • Teamwork:
     Work closely with the design and strategy teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–1 years of experience in 
    marketing, business development, or operations
     (agency or creative background is a plus)
  • Good 
    communication and writing skills
  • Organized
    , detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Interest in 
    branding, design, and consumer products is a plus. Prior experience in design, digital marketing or advertising is a plus.
  • Excited to work in a 
    fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
