About The Role
As an Account Associate, you are the backbone of our customer relationships, ensuring a smooth quote-to-order process that aligns with customer expectations and drives business success.

  • Responsible for executing customer requests and managing day-to-day account activities to enhance customer relationships while providing input and managing departmental action plans.
  • Engages with customers to facilitate request processes related to quote-to-order (QTO).
  • Collaborates with billing and accounts receivable teams to resolve invoice queries, credit notes, and non-payment issues, ensuring timely response to billing inquiries.
  • Manages commercial inventory and prepares customers for using the Service Delivery and Tracking Tool (SRT).
  • Maintains customer-specific instructions and guidelines including pricing books and customer labeling.
  • Supports contract renewals, repricing, and project preparations to ensure the standard QTO model is effectively executed.
  • Takes ownership of the quote-to-order cycle, ensuring QTO performance meets customer expectations, and managing customer agreements.
  • Proactively escalates pending actions related to quotes, orders, and billing issues, while managing KPIs.
  • Participates in initiatives aimed at improving the QTO process, continuously striving for operational excellence.
  • Documents and develops customer-specific processes, templates, and requirements to support ongoing improvement.
  • Drives sales operation processes by collaborating with various departments such as GDO, Billing, and Finance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

About You
You are an experienced Account Associate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's in Business Administration or equivalent, and 2 to 4 years of relevant sales support experience. Your expertise in Value Selling, Conflict Management, and Advanced Communication complements your strong analytical thinking and adaptability, enabling you to excel in relationship building and customer intimacy.
