We are hiring a Property Accounting Associate to support property accounting operations using AppFolio (training provided). Ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of accounting experience and familiarity with Tally or similar software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank reconciliation
  • Vendor payments
  • Rent roll updates
  • Invoicing & data entry
  • Financial reporting (monthly/weekly)
  • Accounting tasks within AppFolio
  • Weekly calls + occasional overlap with California hours

Requirements:

  • 1+ year accounting experience
  • Commerce graduate preferred
  • Good English communication
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with learning new software
  • Remote work within India (occasional visit if required to Seawoods, Nerul)

Work Hours:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
