Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by owning the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting, lead qualification, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure to renewals and upselling.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, ensuring measurable growth in customer acquisition, retention, and market penetration.
  • Expand the companys customer base by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities across diverse industries and global markets.
  • Establish and maintain trusted, long-term partnerships positioning SaaS offerings as transformative business solutions.
  • Deliver consultative and solution-based selling, tailoring pitches to client pain points, industry trends, and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Operations) to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery, while continuously refining the value proposition.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities, industry shifts, and potential threats, proactively adapting strategies to maintain a strong market presence.
  • Own and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reports to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
  • Drive customer success beyond deal closure by ensuring strong adoption, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities that maximize long-term client value.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, acting as a brand ambassador to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Leverage data-driven insights, CRM systems, and sales automation tools to optimize efficiency, track progress, and enhance decision-making.
  • Provide thought leadership and market intelligence to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of SaaS industry trends, innovations, and best practices, ensuring the company stays ahead in delivering value to clients.
