Job description: Sales & Marketing Executive Polymer

The Marketing Executive/Manager for Polymer Emulsion will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our polymer emulsion products. This role involves market research, campaign management, and collaboration with sales and R&D teams to maximize market penetration and brand visibility.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 2 years experience in marketing, preferably in the chemical or polymer industry.
  • Strong understanding of polymer emulsion products and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for polymer products.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
  • Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, media, and customers.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market positioning.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and press releases.
