We require only a female candidate who can drive sales & marketing strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients across both businesses.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for all services offered by group companies.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across both verticals.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (online/offline).

2. Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote all company services.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid promotions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design impactful marketing materials (brochures, posts, videos, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Organize promotional events, workshops, webinars, and wellness seminars to build brand presence.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools; ensure timely follow-ups and engagement.
  • Resolve client queries efficiently and provide post-sales support.
  • Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track performance metrics, lead conversions, and marketing campaign ROI.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
  • Analyze market data to recommend new business strategies, product positioning, and promotional ideas.
