Job Description:

ONLINELR is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO to manage and optimize digital campaigns for international clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO campaigns to meet performance and ROI targets.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Understand client business models, goals, and market landscapes to create tailored marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and manage ad budgets across channels, ensuring optimal spend allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement A/B testing, monitor results, and apply learnings to enhance campaign performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues, analyzing root causes and recommending data-driven solutions.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with the web and creative teams to optimize landing pages (basic knowledge of WordPress preferred).
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversion tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines efficiently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of WordPress for landing page optimization.
  • Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience working with international clients or global campaigns.
  • Knowledge of additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) is a plus.
