Skills required: (But are not limited to): The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial in nature with a deep commitment to addressing the design requirements.

S/He Should Have


Communicate, manage and implement the human resources policies, procedures, and practices for all designated employees.

Implement the performance management process for the employees including but not limited to monitoring the performance of employees on an ongoing basis and conducting performance reviews.

Handling complete cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through the in-house database, using job portals, and referrals.

Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives


Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data, and develop strategies to manage and reduce attrition.


Work on performance management.

Execute any other assigned duties as per business requirements.

Building New networks, maintaining client relationships, and Preparing a database to initiate new contacts is a plus.

Manage the expenses of employees.

Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to find the lead/connection in the market as per the team's requirement.
