Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development professional focused on Recruitment and Background Verification (BGV). The role is incentive-based, offering 2-10% on company profit. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, facilitating communication with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating the recruitment process and ensuring thorough background checks are conducted.
