International Sales Manager Central

Job Title: International Sales Manager Central & South America
Reporting to: Head International Sales.
Location: Mumbai, India (with frequent travel to Latin America)
Industry: Beauty, Personal Care, Perfumes
About Us:
We are a leading Indian exporter of high-quality beauty, personal care, and perfume products, bringing world-class formulations and fragrances to markets across the globe. We are looking to expand our presence in Central and South America and are seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager to drive growth in this region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Central and South American markets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, agents, and key accounts across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategy.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams in India to ensure timely supply and successful product launches.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with partners and distributors.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events in the region.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the assigned markets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5–10 years of international sales or business development experience, preferably in beauty, personal care, or FMCG.
- Proven experience in Latin American markets (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs, and compliance in the region.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competition to make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent with a focus on International Business or Marketing is a plus.
