So, we are excited to share a job opening for Salesforce Support/ Salesforce Developer/Salesforce Business Analyst + Support with you for our client.

Please find mentioned below the job description:

Years of Experience: 3-5 years (Developer and Support), 5-8 years(BA)

Location: Mumbai (Kandivali)

(Permanent role- Work from clients office but on organization's payroll)

Certifications: Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, Salesforce Business Analyst Certified (Mandatory)

PS: Looking only for candidates serving notice period or immediate joining and Mumbai based candidates only.

Role: Salesforce Support/ Salesforce Developer/Salesforce Business Analyst + Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • SOQL, Production Support, Debugging, Ticket Handling, Permission(Admin Part), QA Query from backend
  • Perform L1 support activities including issue triaging and resolution tracking.
  • Develop and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning framework.
