Role & responsibilities : -

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Coordinate joining formalities, prepare induction schedules, collect and verify employee documents.
  • Salary Structure & Offers: Prepare and release offer letters, design salary structures in line with company policies and client requirements.
  • Employee Query Resolution: Address and resolve employee concerns related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Client Management: Act as a point of contact for client queries, maintain strong professional relationships, and ensure timely support.
  • Invoicing & Coordination: Prepare invoices as per client contracts, ensure accuracy, and follow up for payments when necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, contracts, and compliance-related documents.
  • General HR Operations: Support in audits, compliance checks, and policy implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or client management.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
