We're expanding our team at WebTechSquads and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can take ownership of lead generation, client conversion, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business leads across digital platforms and networks
Understand client requirements and present tailored service solutions
Schedule, coordinate, and participate in client meetings with the internal team
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage follow-ups through CRM tools
Support marketing campaigns and brand outreach activities
Collaborate closely with design, development, and operations teams
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferably in IT / Digital Services)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident in handling client interactions and closing deals
Strong understanding of digital business trends and tools
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
Self-driven, proactive, and a strong team player
