Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Fresher for the role of Customer Support in our Customs Clearance division.   • Provide exceptional support to customers regarding customs clearance and compliance inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of clearance documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of logistics activities.
  • Regularly update and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve client complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
