About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams. The BSA will analyze business processes, gather system requirements, and ensure that IT solutions meet the strategic and operational needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed systems or process changes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design, configure, and implement technical solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Identify gaps between current and future business processes and propose solutions.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of solutions.
  • Create process workflows, data flow diagrams, and system documentation.
  • Assist in system integrations, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and process improvement recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA.
