Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical System Analyst to evaluate business requirements, design efficient technology solutions, and ensure system performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by understanding processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring that IT systems align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
  • Design and recommend technology-based solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to implement system enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Prepare detailed system documentation including use cases, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Manage and maintain existing systems, ensuring uptime, data integrity, and security.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades or integrations where appropriate.
  • Support user training, create manuals, and provide technical guidance.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor system performance and report on key metrics to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and database management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business process reengineering and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, cybersecurity practices, and IT governance.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, or PMP.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and time management abilities.
  • Adaptable to changing technologies and business requirements
