Core responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Actively recruit new students through outreach, attending college fairs, and organizing recruitment events like campus tours and informational sessions.
  • Counseling and guidance: Guide prospective students and their families through the entire application and enrollment process, answer inquiries, and provide detailed information on academic programs and campus life.
  • Application evaluation: Review and evaluate student applications, supporting documents, and qualifications. This may include conducting interviews with applicants.
  • Student support: Assist students with the enrollment process and paperwork, and follow up with them to ensure they have all necessary documentation.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records and manage application statuses within the admissions database or CRM.
  • Collaboration: Work with academic departments and other university offices to align recruitment efforts and ensure accurate information is provided to applicants.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on recruitment activities and progress towards enrollment goals.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment events.
  • A bachelor's degree is often preferred, especially for more senior roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
