Location: Indore / Bhopal / Multiple Centres

Role Overview

The Admission Counsellor will be the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents. The role includes guiding students toward the right career path, explaining program offerings, and converting inquiries into admissions. This is a communication- and target-driven role involving lead generation, follow-ups, counselling, and complete admission processing. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong goal-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities1. Student & Parent Counselling

  • Counsel students and parents regarding CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, Civil Judge and other entrance preparation programs.
  • Understand students' requirements, strengths, and aspirations to guide them toward suitable courses.
  • Present the institute's program features, pedagogy, and success outcomes effectively.

2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups

  • Make outbound calls to new leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, social media and referrals.
  • Connect with old / inactive leads to revive interest.
  • Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, WhatsApp queries and maintain regular follow-ups until admission closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

3. Admission Process Management

  • Conduct counselling sessions, course briefings, and centre tours.
  • Assist candidates with registration, documentation, and fee payment.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM / internal systems.

4. Coordination & Events

  • Coordinate with academic teams for demo classes, scholarship tests, and orientations.
  • Represent the institute in seminars, school visits, and educational fairs.
  • Support marketing and campaign activities.

5. Relationship Management

  • Build long-term trustworthy relationships with students and parents.
  • Provide timely updates and assistance throughout enrollment.
  • Address concerns professionally with product knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
