Job Title: Educational Sales & Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

The Educational Sales & Marketing professional will be responsible for achieving admission and revenue targets by promoting academic programs, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. The role requires a proactive, result-oriented individual with excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Admissions:

  • Drive student enrollment and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Manage walk-ins, inquiries, and leads through various channels and convert them into admissions.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for students and parents to provide course guidance and program information.
  • Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and personal interactions to ensure lead conversion.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Execute both online and offline promotional activities including seminars, school/college tie-ups, and corporate partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team for lead generation and social media engagement.
  • Organize student engagement events, workshops, and career counseling sessions.

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic alliances within the education sector.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and student preferences to recommend improvements.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
  • Coordinate with academic, operations, and counseling teams to ensure seamless admission and onboarding processes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Knowledge of educational products, student counseling, and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education Management preferred).
