Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to products and services.
- Respond to customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Manage complaint resolution with professionalism and accuracy.
- Apply product/process knowledge while interacting with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
Customer Support, Kannada Language, Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, Complaint Handling, Voice Process, Communication Skills
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) to Any Graduate
- Languages Required: Fluent in Kannada (mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
