We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented
Head of Marketing
to lead our marketing department. This role demands a knowledgeable and dynamic leader who can develop and execute effective marketing strategies, drive customer acquisition, and build a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
performance marketing
and a strong grasp of the full marketing mix.  Crucially, your background must include strong experience in the unique dynamics of an
IT Service and Product company
, because that's the world we operate in.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead
  Performance Marketing initiatives
  (must-have) across various channels (e.g., paid search, social media, programmatic advertising, SEO) to maximize ROI and drive lead generation and conversions.
• Devise and implement SEO and AEO strategies
  to improve organic search performance and enhance website visibility.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve strategic goals.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Set clear performance metrics and professional development goals for team members.
• Serve as the knowledgeable person for the organization on all marketing best practices, emerging technologies, and industry shifts.
• Utilize strong communication skills to articulate marketing vision, strategies, and results to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior managerial role.
• Proven expertise and a successful track record in
  Performance Marketing
  (mandatory).
• Solid experience with email marketing platforms, segmentation, and automation.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills in developing, implementing, and measuring effective marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a successful team.
• Added Advantage:
  Previous experience working for a service-based company.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of
  SEO and AEO strategies
